Yuri Storione is a highly qualified and talented jazz pianist and composer with extensive experience in the music industry. He has been successful in prestigious international piano competitions such as the "Montreux Jazz" and the "Langnau Jazz Piano Competition".

Storione studied at the prestigious Basel University of Music and received his third master's degree in jazz. Thanks to his close ties to the professional Swiss jazz scene, Storione regularly has the opportunity to work with top-class musicians from Switzerland and abroad. He has played at international jazz festivals across Europe, demonstrating his impressive musical skills.

Yamaha Corp. has hired Storione several times for concerts in Spain, which further underlines his recognition as an outstanding musician. In 2020, he recorded his third album as bandleader, together with co-leader Dominik Schürmann and the internationally renowned drummer Jorge Rossy. The album, entitled "This Time The Dream's on Us", was released on the prestigious "Montreux Jazz Label - TCB Records".

In addition to Jorge Rossy, Storione has also worked with other jazz greats such as Perico Sambeat, Max Ionata, Domenic Landolf, Thomas Moeckel and Jeff Ballard.
